I made some sourdough bread - without any yeast today. It rose well but the tea-towel dried out covering the tins so the top of the loaves dried out a bit as well but the flavour is good.
Cleaned the small greenhouse inside and out, first time in quite a few years. Its not been so clear the glass for ages. Looks a bit rude now with no algae covering it.
