I've always got both stem and fresh ginger in the house, it would be up for debate at home. I love the flavour of rhubarb but, the girls would prefer the flavour of the ginger and orange. I often get found out for hiding vegetables in things as neither of them are particularly big veg eaters. 
A pocket knife is not a weapon in the right hands it’s an essential garden tool.
