My honeysuckle (wild hedgerow version) has been fantastic this year with masses of scented flowers over a long period. I built an obelisk for it to climb up and it has loved it. Its actually my next door neighbours plant, planted at the bottom of a beech hedge but trained up through the hedge and onto an obelisk on my side. My neighbours were happy for me to do this as it usually got chopped the same height as the hedge and had very few flowers in the past. They also benefit from the smell on a summer evening.
