Did some weeding on one of the few fenced off areas where I could let the chooks roam freely without having to watch where they were all the time.
The pups dug holes after moles/voles/who knows what and were filthy; Bess fetched apples for me to throw for her and the chooks pecked and scratted about, closely followed by the Robin.
Can't say it looks much clearer than we started but we enjoyed ourselves and that's what matters .
