L. Beetroot and yogurt dip and Hummus with bread fingers to dunk.
D. Smoky bean salad and a different Hummus with some funny mushrooms on top and a mixed green salad of rocket, watercress and mizuna.

As its Meatlees Monday I thought I would try out the courgette curry recipe with rice. Cool The recipe makes a LOT of curry and maybe I should have stuck to the spice & chillie amounts as I added extra. Smile Still quite palatable and an easy way to whittle down my courgette glut with approximately four servings. Rolleyes

If I try it again I will make it a lot more basic by adding the browned cougettes to a curry sauce. Shy

B Stewed apples, granola (5p) and cream.
L. Beetroot and yogurt dip with bread and salad leaves
D, Aubergine & Feta burgers (other ingredients - potato, lentils spices with cumin & coriander) From Waitrose - really nice and I had 4 packets of them FREE and chips.
Genoa cake.

Total cost - 5p. Big Grin

Dug some nice looking Charlotte potatoes at allotment so had those with shelled french beans, bacon, eggs and a few tomatoes from greenhouse. Smile
