Round here the best blackberrying hedges are a closely guarded secret similar to where to harvest sloes

Sloes are so abundant around here it wouldn’t worry me if someone had cleared out one spot I’ve got over 50 places to choose from.
I do have to be careful with my bullace spots though as people confuse them with sloes to make gin but they are far more versatile than that.
