No diet here Vinny, I had a rather large pie at lunch time made from the mince/veg that wouldn't fit in Mondays cottage pie.
This evening baked Pollock, pesto, charlottes and french beans.

SC I love cheesy chips, for lunch we're having sandwiches of leftover mashed potatoes with grated cheese then popped under the grill.
This evening Fishfinger, lettuce, tatar sauce cobs with charlottes and salad.

Went to Morries and got Veggies recommended battered fish fingers at 3 for £5.00. I also bought soume YS diced stewing steak from Iceland and some large cheap mushrooms from Aldi.
With all this I made a form of surf & turf with fish fingers and slow cooked beef and mushrooms!

Today was YS pork chops with YS Asparagus, boiled eggs and black pudding for lunch.
I have just mixed up some YS Lamb mince with coriander, cumin and parsley and will let it marinade and either have it formed into lamburgers later today or more likely, tomorrow?

B. Bread & jam
L. YS Tuna, sweetcorn pasta salad
D. YS Bombay potato & chickpea salad (which I warmed in the microwave as an experiment).
I bought both of the YS salads in huge boxes - they're usually decanted onto the salad bar in Morries. Each box was 25p. I'll never eat it all and its not really suitable for freezing or composting but I'll get a couple of meals from them before its binned.
