Yesterday tuna steaks with Charlottes, french beans, carrots and peas.
This evening stilton burgers with charlottes, homemade coleslaw and a garden salad.

Whilst driving past the chip shop last night after excercising I had a sudden urge for a bag of chips with batter on so I did a 'U' turm and bought a small bag ofchips! I had a YS smoked haddock which went perfectly with them.
Today I have had two grilled lamb chops (my favourite) with two small beefsteaks done in my casti ron ridged pan I got for Crimbo. I will probably have somethng after my Abs Smasher workout this evening but this could depend on what Morries yellow sticker isle has on offer?

D. Stirfry of courgette, carrot, radish plus pasta with pesto and parmesan.
