B. Stewed apple, flax seeds & granola
L. Banana & peanut butter sandwich
D. Veggie burgers, green beans, broccoli, mixed veg mash
Today - same again except I had tuna & sweetcorn & lettuce sandwiches for lunch.

D. Stirfry of courgette, tomatillo, carrot, sardines and rice with soy sauce.

D. A roasted vegetable parcel with mixed veg mash, green beans & broccoli.

^^^^^I put butter on most things,and sometimes have it by itself! 
Back in motorhome travelling for a few nights.Yesterday was steak,black pudding,Edam cheese & YS onion bhaji's.
Today will probably be beef mince and eggs but still have onion Bahjis and steak to fall back on if I fancy?
