This is my meagre tea because I had an afternoon tea at lunch time and I'm still full
The afternoon tea consisted of:
3 soft, white bread buns with ham and mustard, pulled beef with horseradish and bacon with brie and cranberry sauce.
Cinnamon scone with jam and cream
Brocolli quiche
Sausage roll
Cheesecake
Chocolate orange brownie
Chocolate ganache cake
Bread slice with pate and onion relish
B. Raspberries, granola (10p) and yogurt (10p)
L. Avocado and wild rocket sandwiches.
D. YS Thai-style Fishcake Stars with a lime & Chilli Dip (45p) with YS stirfried veg (15p)
Expensive day - 80p but still in budget.

Guess what...Turkey and trimmings one day I'll persuade P to have something different, like beef, lamb or duck, but I've been unsuccessful so far. I'm not even sure that I like turkey that much now we have poultry nearly every day Turkey used to be a meat you could only get at Christmas time.

If it took me three hours to make it and the kitchen looks a like a bomb has dropped through trying to get it all on the plate nice and hot...............I'll eat it whichever way I please! Was worth it though!
