Yes, I was impressed the Instant Pot reached 190 degrees C in less than two minutes, despite being in an 11.5 degree room.

B. Sourdough toast and plum jam.
Tangerine
L French bread with seafood sticks and lettuce
D. Vegan sausages, rice and rhubarb chard, mizuna and mangetout. The chard turned the rice a delicate shade of pink.
Another FREE day.

I have one of them Pros
The pressure cooking does take a bit of getting used to. I don't use it for anything with a short cook time, cause it overcooks it so easily. However, I do rice in it if I have lots of other stuff on the hob. But it's awesome for stuff that has a long cooking time, like stew, chillis, etc, and soup, whole chicken, roasts... For roasts and chicken, I pour off the juice once it's cooked for a couple of hours, then swap the lids to crisp things up.
The air fryer is great for anything that needs a quick cooking time, or roasting.

The air fryer is great for anything that needs a quick cooking time, or roasting. Rice is so easy in a pressure cooker. Basmati takes 3 minutes on high with a 10 minute rest. Comes out perfect. You can do a good risotto in a pressure cooker too. Mashed potato is another good one, and pre-cooking baked potatoes before roasting (cuts down massively on oven time).

I've been thinking about an Air fryer at the moment I use my oven for pies/bread everything else I use the m/wave or hob then either slow or pressure cooker depending on what I'm cooking.

Meatless Monday today so 2 root vegetable & Camembert Nut Roasts with 2 Haddock fish cakes. Also trying my first boiling od Austurian Tree cabbage, just to see what its like!
Edit, Nut roasts were far to sweet, won't be buying again Even Kato turned his nose up at them.. Fishcake and tree cabbage were very nice.
