Cold sliced pork & cracknell, but the star of the show was the salad I had with it!
Salad comprised of a chopped up apple fresh from my own tree, icebeg lettuce,red cabbage, grated caroot, chopped walnuts & chopped dates with a soy and ginger vinegarete dressing! I am not normally a fan of salads but this experimental version was the tastiest I have ever eaten and I cleared the plate.

B. Stewed quince and granola (10p)
L Sourdough toast, cheese (10p) and rocket
D YS Salmon fillet (55p), stirfry mangetout, beans and radish with noodles.

L. Some sort of cauliflower, pepper and tahini salad with sourdough bread.
Toasted fruit loaf.
D Cod fillet in Cheddar cheese sauce with Potato-Pea crush and kale, topped with cheese. (M&S £4.50 or, from the church FREE).
