I assure you, its not wishy washy the way I make it - and its free whereas you have to buy Oxo and gravy granules which are full of additives and baddies.

Vegetable curry made with leftover Sunday dinner veg, some fried Tofu and some passata. Very nice and I didn't need to have carb laden rice with it as I had small tatties in with the veg. I could have blitzed it but I prefer my veg chunky!

Chicken curry tonight with a curry mix from the asian shop nearby. Lots of veggies - shishito peppers, onion, garlic, tomato, peas, broccoli. And I have no shame - we had rice with it, lots of it
