I can feel another experiment brewing! I have some yellow sticker meatballs from Lidl. I will brown the meatballs in the frying pan first.
I have a carrier bag of tomatoes from the greenhouse. My intention is to wizz quite a few tomatoes in food processer and cook them off with onion and garlic from plot and add meatballs. I also bought some wholegrain spagetti to have with it.

Yellow sticker chicken curry and rice procured from Morries last night. 35p instead of £3.50 made it a no brainer!

All the recipes I looked at said "Add tinned tomatoes" The real thing was much nicer and looked pink at the beginning but toned down to red once cooked. The whole elephant garlic I added gave it a nice sweet flavour. I kept some of the sauce and dipped onion Bhaji's in it for supper.
I still have some sauce left and intend poaching some cod in it for supper tonight!
