Oven cooked Belly Pork with steamed tenderstem brocolli,rice with peas and avocado. I smeared the well cooked pork with mustard.

YS individual chicken and leek pie/sweet potato, butternut and feta tart with veg from the garden. We couldn't decide who would have what so we had half each.

Today I will have the other half of the spatchcock chicken I had yesterday.I will probably make soup with the remaining veg from yesterday and have chips with the chicken.
