Mince in gravy with mash and kale tonight. It has a huge chunk of yellow marrow in it, chopped up in little bits that will disintegrate in the pressure cooker. I feel so crafty hiding the veg lol

B. Coconut vegan yogurt and granola (10p)
L. Sourdough Olive ciabatta.
D. Green sausages (Green vegetables, cheese, pesto, mushrooms, spinach and brown rice ) and some homemade ratatouille I found in the freezer.
Total cost = 10p

Same as last night - mince in gravy, but with rice this time. Can't taste it as I've got a cold. At least I know it has a boat load of veg in it

D. Homemade ratatouille mixed with half a tin of Heinz 5 beans and one leftover sausage from yesterday

Last night soup with a toasted cheese sandwich, this evening veggie burger, lettuce, toms, cuc and onions with sauté potatoes.

Bought two nice pork chops with a diddy bit of stuffing included from Morries last night.They weren't YS but were only £1.20 for two so will make a nice cheap evening meal with a few veg from plot added.
