Yellow Sticker chinese stir fry with YS asparagus, YS vermicelli and added sliced onions and bacon strips! All done in the wok in a Singapore curry sauce.
I made so much that even for my one meal a day (OMAD) I couldn't eat it all, so Kato finished it off for me!

DUH, I forgot I had another steak in the fridge, so it's plan C, same as last night. Did get some YS curries for 'no cook Sunday' dinner, no way near as cheap as Veggie's though.

B. Sourdough and a different jam - think its mixed fruit from the bottom of the freezer.
L. Leftover noodles and falafel from a couple of days ago. Raspberries
D Halved and crushed baby potatoes (1p) with grated cheese on top (20p). I bought a box of cooked baby potatoes (the sort they have on the salad bar) from Morries for 10p and they're great for crisping up in the frying pan.
Total 21p

Dirty rice with half a massive yellow courgette well hidden in it. If Jay hadn't seen me cut it up, he would never have known, and he did say 'hiding hideous yellow veg wasn't part of the deal' haha
