I got a yellow stickered whole chicken yesterday (actually I got two, but froze one), so tonight's dinner was cubed potato, trombo and peppers roasted in the air fryer, with slow cooked BBQ pulled chicken, served with garlic bread. Yummy.

Followed by Cheese, spring onion & tomato quesadillas.

Couldn't be bothered to slave over a hot stove for my usual traditioal Sunday dinner so had stir fried Bam Goreng with Mexican rice instead. 
. Bit of a carb overload but quite tasty and freed up some freezer space

Lamb chops with roasted potatoes and veggies and a gravy or sauce of some sort. Not decided that bit yet.
