Remains of slow cooker mince and veg turned into spag bol for this evening. Because it's fishy Friday though the trout I caught has been turned into goujons and will be a first course before spag bol.

L Pesto, Parmesan & Pinenuts pasta with tomatoes
A few raspberries
D. Leftover from yesterday - Stir fry Courgettes, sugarsnap peas, DFBs, mushrooms & carrots with a Satay sauce made from the end of a jar of peanut butter and some soy sauce.
All FREE or from the garden.

B. Stewed blackberries and apples
L. Pesto, Parmesan and Pinenut pasta with tomatoes
Oat biscuits.
D, Sourdough olive ciabatta, sliced horizontally and topped with cheese (20p) and tomatoes. Cooked like pizza.
Total cost - 20p.

I have a cheap gammon joint whih needs cooking off and a tin of pineapple in the cupboard. Probably team it up with some yellow Frenchies from allotment and carrots.

B. Stewed apple & Blackberries
L. Sourdough toast with strawberry jam
An ice cream (30p)
D. Y/S Fish pie (£1.50 - I'd planned to eat half but could only eat a quarter = 38p) with Brussels sprouts, tenderstem broccoli and peas.
Probably have a sourdough bun later.
Total 68p.
