Love these - I usually leave out the cheese as I don't have feta but shavings of any cheese on top of the fritters work well. Funnily enough, not having seen your post I mocked up something very similar!
Two courgettes, one onion and one whole elephant garflic all grated,salted, squeezed through muslin then mixxed with two eggs and some flour with a little bit of garam masala added.
Fried up this gave me nine patties which went down very well with various chutneys and sauces from the fridge!

B. Stewed apple, blackberries and raspberries
L. Sourdough fruit loaf & strawberry jam
D. Sourdough ciabatta slices topped with cheese (25p), tomatoes and thyme.
Total 25p . May celebrate with some chocolate.

Stuffed some omar’s lebanese tomatoes with left over spicy rice with added onion & garlic. Needed something else to give it a bit more zing.

Starter of battered daylilies buds with aioli
Followed by garlic & herb jacket wedges and chicken, basil, tomato & mozzarella sausages. Luckily the sausages were free because they were horrible!!! I think eating rubber would be more flavourful & less chewy!

Cheese on toast this evening with bananas and custard for afters.

Savoury mince, green beans, carrots, potatoes all from my garden, and the tomato sauce for the mince was from my tunnel.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.
