Breakfast - mixed melon chunks (Free).
Lunch - Toasted sourdough ciabatta with homemade strawberry jam
Dinner - Fried sage & onion stuffing balls (leftover from yesterday) with courgettes and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. (From a yellow sticker purchase - 20 bags of mozzarella for £1).
Since that lot cost about 5p I may treat myself tonight to some chocolate or an icecream.

Whilst at my Son's wedding reception recently I had slow cooked shin of beef which  enjoyed! I purchased three pieces cheaply from Morrisons to see if I could emulate it. After adding two pieces to freezer I put the other piece in te slow cooker to try? It was very nice and i now know i can use a single piece as a base for a Sunday dinner. Cool
I also had yellow sticker fish that needed to be used so I dippped the fillets in egg first then Katsu curry crumbs. Fried two lots, and ate one lot with the other to be eaten today on Fishy Friday. As the fish won't fill me I also have a couple of YS pork chops which I will probably grill and have with rice and brocolli. Smile

Chicken & beef skewers with satay sauce and a Chinese spicy rice dish. Can’t remember the name.
All cooked by my friend. As ever it was lovely.

Roast duck with all the trimmings followed by sticky toffee pudding.
The cooking is a collaboration between me & my friend. I’m doing duck & gravy, she’s doing veg & pudding.
