Me too, with added last year's dried beans and a tomato and mozzarella salad to start. Tonight is giant fish fingers, I'll feel like a kid again.

Fishy Friday so rummaged in the freezer and found two breaded cod fillets and a 79p fish pie which were teamed up some oven chips supposedly cooked in dripping. I need to free up some freezer space so it's going to be an '"If, it's" week. If it's in the freezer it's going to get used up.

'If it's' meal from freezer.
Vegetable chilli and cauliflower rice along with veggie battered fish and just to spoil the veggie theme, three small beefburgers that were lurking at the back!

I've been to the docks in Grimsby today and got large prawns, dressed crab, a big side of haddock and a couple of kg of hake. I love hake. I'm making crunchy fish fingers with some of it for tonight's tea. The rest have been frozen individually on a tray and I'll bag them all up tonight. Yum.
