Me too, with added last year's dried beans and a tomato and mozzarella salad to start. Tonight is giant fish fingers, I'll feel like a kid again.

Fishy Friday so rummaged in the freezer and found two breaded cod fillets and a 79p fish pie which were teamed up some oven chips supposedly cooked  in dripping. Cool I need to free up some freezer space so it's going to be an '"If, it's" week. If it's in the freezer it's going to get used up. Big Grin

Pulled pork tonight from the freezer that cost a pound or so, with hoisin sauce, onion and peppers. Served with new boiled potatoes, beans and broccoli

I've been to the docks in Grimsby today and got large prawns, dressed crab, a big side of haddock and a couple of kg of hake. I love hake. I'm making crunchy fish fingers with some of it for tonight's tea. The rest have been frozen individually on a tray and I'll bag them all up tonight. Yum.
