I seem to be acquiring a lot of duplicate items recently, because you never know when one will break down, so its nice to have spares.
I have 4 freezers (3 in use), 2 fridges (1 in use), 3 microwaves (1 in use), countless vacuum cleaners (none in use ), 2 toasters, several kettles, 3 Halogen cookers.
Of that lot, I've bought 1 of each! The garage looks like another kitchen with all the appliances in there.

I'm assuming the car never gets a night in the garage then?

No chance of a car in a garage - and there are 2 garages, both full of "stuff"! One of them has a rack full of very old homemade wine that I must get rid of and a couple of boxes of honey that will be about 20 years old but will be OK to eat.
Unused fridges and freezers are used to store jams and pickles so they still have a purpose.

Yesterday, IN came a Superdry sweatshirt and a T shirt - that's all.
Today's INs were 7 boxes of salad with some sort of dressing in a sachet and a bag of Wild rocket (wouldn't you be?), 2 lots of books and a shoerack. (to be the subject of another thread ).
OUT went some of the salad to my brother for his tortoises. The rest will be for Mrs Bronwen Brownhen and Mr Greedy.

Yesterday, IN came a box of toiletries (some of which I will not be using - like the Purple Glitter facemasks and the Upper Arm anti-ageing cream. There were so many miracle cures for various bits of your body - must have cost a fortune. Strangely, none of them were opened!).
Also 3 books and a guinea pig octagonal run with sun cover.
OUT today went about half of the weird cosmetics to a lady who passes them on to the less fortunate .
Also OUT went 2 of the books and another book I'd finished reading.
I'm hoping to use the pet run in the garden - maybe over a seedling or strawberry bed to keep the birds away.

Today an unexpected IN. 2 salmon
Just for scale the knife is 12”
Fish now filleted. 3 sides in brine for cold smoking. 1 side portioned and in the freezer. A bag of trimmings for our tea tomorrow ( risotto probably). A bag of bits for the dogs.
It’s great having friends that work in the fish farm.
