A Chinese pork dish. Depends on if I get the shopping I requested as to accuracy of the receipt.

Harvested a boat load of broad beans and some onions so tried an experimental recipe. Par boied the broadies. fried chopped up bacon and onion in wok. added beans and fried for a little while longer.
Tipped fried broad beans, fried bacon and onion into a bowl and added a splash of cream and salt and pepper.
A tasty nutricious meal using fresh produce from allotment. Deffo will do again when next broadies are ready for harvesting!
Note: Helen could never get away with the outer shell on broadies whereas i love them so maybe not evryones cup of tea!

Glorious Medium Rare Ribeye steak done in butter. With pan fried courgettes, mushrooms and a side salad.
I had forgotten how tasty Ribeye steak was, but absense makes the heart grow fonder as i haven't had it for a month!

Last night was Yellow sticker Fish pie (Down from £3 to 30p).
I cooked 2 courgettes to have with it - and it made a lot!
Normally, I can eat one of those small fish pie in one go, but the courgettes eked it out and there's enough left for tonight's meal as well.
May add some more courgettes tonight. I Lurve courgettes.
