Avocado & Spinach Burger (40p for 2) and courgettes.
At least the burger didn't pretend to be meat. Only ate one so the other is left for tomorrow. Total cost of meal -20p.

Yellow sticker chicken and ricotta gratin thingy, steamed beans and courgettes and chard and pesto pasta salad. The salad should have gad toasted pine nuts but I couldn't find the pine nuts in the cupboard. I'm sure I had some, maybe it's time for a cupboard sort out. They'll turn up tomorrow you see.

Traditional Sunday Pork dinner with,potatoes,swede,French beans and brocolli with lashings of gravy. Enough left for tomorrow's dinner so Meatless Monday will become Meatless Tuesday.

Last night was our first home grown potatoes of the year. We had cheese chips with coleslaw (couldn’t be bothered cooking properly).
Best bit was purple chips!
