I nearly choked, reading that - you're so unkind.

When people stop making fun of me, I'll worry.
My "recipe" tonight was Waitrose "Melting cheese dip" (was £3.60 but, to me, Free) which I poured onto a wonky jacket potato with some garden tomatoes.
The Cheese dip is a bit too rich for my taste but it does come in a cute little earthenware pot that is sure to come in handy - maybe for keeping my teeth in overnight.

Probably the tastiest plant based menu I have ever had on this Meatless Monday.
Mexican style stir fry vegetables with 2 Salt & Vinegar No Fish fillets and 8 vegetable fingers. The 'piece to resistance' though was the big dollop of Habernero Mayo on the side of the plate which helped bring the flavours to life!........ Yum!!!!

Grilled chicken, home made fries (air fried), salad, and roasted cabbage, radishes and courgette - that was a major hit! Roasted radishes are amazing compared to the raw radish - no crunch left, no bitter pepperiness, just smooth - lovely! The cabbage got chucked in because it needed using, and because my sister surprised me with cabbage in a frying pan that was really lovely. The air fried version was just as nice, and healthier (don't tell her that!).

Penne pasta cooked with courgettes cut to the same size. The remains of last night's cheese dip poured over it. Almost free meal as the pasta was a Savers one.
