I have been experimenting with this yellow sticker lark going into shop at various times. Come to the conclusion 8.30 to 9.00 pm is the way to get the best deals. Any earlier and they have only been reduced once or twice, any later and the third 90% reduction has all gone! Rolleyes

The Gym I attend is close by. Cool Finish Abs workout about 8.00pm so will have a shufty then. Smile

The other salmon fillet (57p) on a bed of Asda wholegrain rice with pearl barley and quinoa (free), thinly sliced courgette (garden) and homemade mint sauce.

Yesterday Butternut squash soup followed by rhubarb and strawberry crumble and custard. 

Today beef burgers, mixed lettuce,  Tom's, radishes, Charlottes and a courgette salad.
