Tikka flavoured pork chops with tatties, french beans, carrots & Cauli with a good coating of gravy! Had some beef mince left so made a chilli in the slow cooker for tomorrow (Did sneak a couple of spoonfuls on buttered toast for supper this evening!)

Yesterday hand-rolled couscous from scratch - seemed like a good way to pass a very wet afternoon. If you like couscous this is much nicer than the packet stuff but probably not worth the effort. Served with sausage and beans stew.
Tonight cumin & garlic marinated grilled lamb's hearts, garlic potatoes, roast butternut and spring greens.

Soup here, too. Leftover dal and coconut potato curry as a base, with added yellow haricot from the freezer chopped fine, shredded spring greens and Swiss chard.
Leftover apple crumble.

Fakeaway doner kebab and it smells beautiful! It was supposed to be tonight's tea, but we went shopping and I found some yellow stickered smoked duck that just had to be my tea
