Last night veggie moussaka and bread, tonight probably some kind of bean or chickpeas burger, green salad and potato salad.

I think asparagus, black pudding & poached eggs are one of those great combos  It was a starter when I was cheffing in the early 90s!

I have diced pork loin in the slow cooker along withsome apples I bought and wasn't too keen on, so that's an option with rice or chips? 
In the oven I have a gammon joint cooking so could pair this with eggs and a veg. I'll make a decision later on!

Yellow sticker sweet sour chicken for us tonight, I might even have to cook properly tomorrow night, heaven only knows what though.
