I pricked out some blue ice Dutchess Asters and potted up a Sun and ice dahlia for cuttings, I didn't realise that the colours were quite similar till I chucked the aster seed packet down on the bench beside the photo of the dahlia

Usually I don't do cut flowers but these were the pinching outs of my bedding dahlias.
