The sunshine today! Oh it warmed my cockles, I tell ya! I was only supposed to stay out in the garden until about lunch time, because I have a lot of studying to do... but I only went in at 4pm because I had to start dinner. What a lovely, lovely day

I got a bag of tikka masala powder in the post today. That'll make it a bit easier to keep me on the straight and narrow - chicken thighs cooked that way are easily my favourite thing to snack on

I buy the ready Tikka coated chicken thighs from Aldi. I love them and also the smell that permeates through the house when they are cooking.

I like them too Vinny, but I eat it in such quantities that it wouldn't be financially viable for me to buy them lol
I bought the tandoori masala spice mix from a supermarket the first time, and it changed my world. literally lol

This is what I've just had delivered.
And I have a Company shop around here that sells surplus food from all the supermarkets, and they often have bags of deboned chicken thighs for 3 quid for a three kilo bag. Bargain.
