Not my usual Sunday dinner but I have curried chicken thighs that need using up. Rolleyes Will have with swede,carrots,smll spuds,red cabbage and sugar snap peas. Should be colourful on the plate if nothing else. Big Grin

Roast lamb for me and Em, and roast beef for his highness who doesn't like lamb, with roast salt and vinegar roast potatoes, swede and leeks. Two types of gravy too. And lots of mint jelly on my plate. Yum.
