Antique meal from the back of the cupboard!
Green lentil Bolognese with spaghetti.
Ingredients (in case you want to cook it too)
Tin of Green Lentils (March 2014)
Jar of Bolognese Sauce (picked up today - August 2020)
Spaghetti (April 2019)
If I don't survive, can you pass this recipe to the doctors as a warning please.

I buy satchets with readymade stir fry sauce, they do a little very oyster and spring onion. Get them in Aldi and or Lidl, Tesco also do them

Try googling for asian supermarkets. They're not always big. We have one in Grimsby that is fantastic for supersize bottles of soy sauce, chilli sauce, sriracha, oyster sauce, mushroom sauce, you name it. Their hoisin is far, far better than what you can get in our normal supermarkets, and much cheaper. I love that little shop

We had mash, sprooots (as Jay calls them), carrots and low fat sausages that I found in Baldi (haha I got Jay a t-shirt with that on it, and their logo). The sausages were better than any other low fat sausage I've tried! Although I like vegetarian sausages too, Linda McCartney's are lovely.
