Home made pork egg fried rice - bloody lovely it was. Made Mayflower curry sauce to go with it. Very low syns on the rice, and I'm happy to have a takeaway for four syns that the curry sauce brings. Jay says if this is slimming food, he wants it every night of the week lol
Appel strudel and custard for pudding, still within my daily allowance of syns.

No cooking tonight went out for dinner to the local pub, cod and chips with mushy peas and 2 pints of Zero Guinness

Chicken fillets in bbq sauce with tricolour quinoa 'risotto' and salad. First trial of quinoa, especially tricolour, glad I put some flavour into it.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework
