I’ve honestly never seen that before Scarlet...doesn’t look very appetising I must say! I’m going to ask around my friends to see if they have heard of it!
Every day’s a school day!! ?

I'd never heard of it until I met him. We order square sausage, white sausage and haggis online as that's what he misses from home? Perhaps it's just certain parts? I honestly thought it was just a Scottish thing.

No but I noticed that butcher is up North so maybe it’s from that area? Square sausage is...my son in law misses that.

Morning, where’s the sun?! It’s chilly this morning too.
A few domestics to be done today and then who knows. Hope you all enjoy your day and it’s a bit warmer where you are. x

Evening All.  Smile
Its been a perfect day until..................

I had some vegan sausages, spuds and mixed veg left over from last night so bunged them in the microwave to reheat while I poured myself a well deserved glass of red. Just as I headed back to the table, clutching my glass, there was a  loud Bang from the microwave - so loud I jumped and tipped wine all over myself and the floor, including the dog's water bowl!!
I thought a few choice expletives, including - its those blessed sausages have exploded in the microwave.
How wrong I was - it was the baby potatoes which had spread themselves all over the roof and sides of the microwave in  horrible sticky lumps. The sausages in their "pseudo skins" were intact.

My meal was only half warm but I couldn't put it back in until I'd scraped out the oven - meanwhile the dog's have developed a taste for red wine.
I ate it half warm - pretty disgusting - and now, I shall top up my glass and give the oven a proper clean.

Decided not to put this on Meal of the Day!!  Rolleyes

Morning all.

Kato my husky was singing last night (howling at the moon) at 11.30. I had to try and shut him up as the neighbours would think we were being invaded by a pack of wolves. Rolleyes

I finally got all the wood from the ginormous shed transported to a heap at the top of my garden yesterday. I haven't got the energy to start chopping it up today though. Angry

Need to cut the grass if it stays dry and a visit to the plot is needed at some point.

TTFN and stay safe.

Morning folks

Glorious day here, been to the plot and watered, took some water, and planted 3 more courgettes, now have about 10 various cucurbits at the plot (not cucumbers).

Will probably do 1 or 2 more water runs today then that will be it for the plot.

Planning a family walk to the canal with Stella later as my son is going back to London Friday/Saturday, will miss him but I feel not as much as he’ll miss the waiter service?

Hopefully picking up 11 pallet collars tonight for my raised beds (Sorry Vinny I’m a tad anal and like things a little structured, will I eat my words?)

Have a nice day folks
Regards..........Danny Smile
