Sowed a second batch of cfb's Hunter, Lidl's, Coco blanc a rames and Merchant of Venice. Put some old bean seed to chit on kitchen towel.
I plan to sow some dwarf wallflowers tomorrow, for next spring - it was going to be today, but it never happened.

Finally received the deep module trays I'd ordered to replace my root trainers so went mad.....
Runners - 14 each of Gigantes / Moonlight - The intention is to save these for dried beans - Never tried this before
DFB's - 11 each Sonesta / Borlotto / Ferrari / Polka - These are all old seeds so wanted to use most of them.
CFB's - 11 each of Blue Lake / Coco Blanc / Violet Podded - Again old seeds.
I've done a "veggie" with the remaining DFB/CFB's and thrown them all in respective DFB/CFB bags
Regards..........Danny

What collard greens are you growing?
They're "Teddie F1", from Chiltern Seeds. I think I just threw them in my cart when I was buying something else - I hate to buy a £1.95 packet of seeds and then pay £2.35 postage!
How much veg and wildlife can I pack into a 6m x 8m garden in suburban Cambridge? Let’s find out!

The rain and wind drove me indoors today so I filled some modules and did some sowing in the kitchen:-
Luffa
Dieta Edible Lupins
Beth Alpha Cucumber
Lab Lab bean
Crown Peas - Salmon & White
Tromboncino
Carosello
Cucuzzi
Serpente di Sicilia
6 types of lettuce:- Red Grenoble, Little Gem, Red Iceberg, Freckles, Australian Yellowleaf, Chartwell.
Most of these are past their sow by date so I'm not expecting 100% germination - 1% would be a bonus.

14 mixed edible squash seeds purchased from ebay.. I have no idea where I will grow them on if they all germinate but from what I've read I somehow don't think this will happen. We shall see.
