When were they sown Danny, one of my courgettes were sown on the 6th and the last of that type only showed it's head this week, say 25th. Can you give them a bit of warm? Hi Jen
I sowed them on the 10th so maybe just being a tad impatient
They have been in a warm bedroom however I'll cover with some bubble wrap to see if thank helps. 1 more to date so I've sown some more

Cucumber Beth alpha, Tromboncino , vegetable spaghetti have all germinated. I’ll be growing 1 of each.

Anyone grown Achocha before, I’ve got some but don’t really know much about them.
A pocket knife is not a weapon in the right hands it’s an essential garden tool.

I’ve grown them before, the fat baby. They are definitely a talking point! Very vigorous growing vine that produces lots of small spiky fruit (soft spikes). I didn’t actually try cooking with them as grew them while gardening for a hotel. They didn’t impress me fresh/raw. But I did really enjoy growing them.

I’m always a little late to the heritage seed library party, and come away with some oddities. I have a long-standing beetroot, and a veepre paste tomato this year. Never grown them either.
