Without actually walking around. It’s raining today. Primrose and hellebore.

I haven't seen any flowers here, but I have seen hair ice on decomposing branches all over the forest today when I took the dogs for a walk. Does that count?

Snowdrops
Iris reticulata
Mahonia
Plus a Natasha Richardson rose. It's in a sheltered spot in a container by the back door but even so, that's very early!

I spotted the first little purple crocus and primroses yesterday, snowdrops and lots of camellias. Vinca of course, No daffodils open yet which, looking back, is later than last year. Just adding some calendula, a daffodil with a yellow bud, so won't be long and lots of catkins on the hazel bushes.
