I grew a couple of little chilli plants last year and picked a dozen or so red chillies and made chilli jam.
I then decided to grow more this year. I now have half a dozen big plants (varying varieties) in the greenhouse laden with green chillies. Just had 4 red chillies so far which have gone into curry.
My question is what do I do with all the green chillies if they don't ripen soon. I do not have room for any plants in the house.

You can use them green. Or pick them and try to ripen on a window sill. I normally leave mine on the plant till the end of this month before I give up on any more ripening naturally.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

I've moved my one chilli plant onto a bedroom window sill to give the chillis a chance to ripen.
I didn't intend to grow any this year still have plenty from last year but ended up with a un-named one after giving away some pea and tom plants.

Reading this I think I must limit myself to one plant next year.

They will freeze as well. Just pop them in a bag and freeze.

Sweet peppers do too, if you find yourself with a glut of green peppers. They lose their crunch but are great for cooking.
