Afternoon folks
Apart from asking Veggie what a perennial leek would taste like I think my questions have been ok for a while
That said here we go Would there be any benefit of sowing green manure into a newly manured bed to give it an additional boost???
Regards..........Danny

I know some that grow green manure on any empty ground irrespective of the growing medium, if only to stop weeds taking over.
A pocket knife is not a weapon in the right hands it’s an essential garden tool.

I think it's always good to have some roots in the ground over winter, it helps to stabilise the soil and could prevent a lot of the nutrients in the manure washing away.
