I don't really have any 'back of the cupboard' items since we had a massive clear out before moving.. but I'll have a look and see if I can find things we don't often use and see if I can play along Big Grin

A bit like semolina pudding I expect.  I can probably convince P to eat that, it'll remind him of childhood.  Those cakes looked good but maybe a bit big for just P to eat. Definitely food for thought (pun intended)

Items used so far:-
1. Spelt - not a big fan. Will use what's left but some may go out for the birds
2. Sriracha sauce - too hot, I binned the rest. It came from the back of someones else's cupboard with a use by date of 10/22, so I feel no guilt about binning it.
3. Grape vinegar I made in 2001. Big Grin I have used it at some time in the last 24 years, but it still tasted fine. Like a sweet balsamic vinegar. I must remember to use it up within the next 10 or so years. Wink

A few more old items!
4. Green pea chips from Hodmedods - use by July 2022. They're taking much longer to cook to a mush than they should!
5. Allinsons Strong bread flour - also use by 2022. I didn't have much hope for this but decided to try it in the breadmaker, rather than throw it out. Its turned out perfectly Big Grin So much for not using old bread flour.
