Just finished off a few small lemon and sugar ones. Absolutely delicious, I could eat the whole batch, just as well P had some too.

I forgot to make some mix today - then couldnt be bothered after gardening. So I'll do some for tomorrow.
The OH has a very sweet tooth, so sugar and maybe some golden syrup, son No1 loves that squirty cream  with chocolate sauce and bananas, I love sugar and lemon.

I do like pancakes but I didn't fancy any yesterday. I have them spread with orange, rhubarb and ginger jam.

I never get to sit down while I am making pancakes. I make one, plate it up, have another going in pan, add lemon and sugar. eat a bite, flip the one in pan, finish eaing first pancake and add second pancake to plate.............ad infinitum!

I did a layered pancake thing yesterday- leeks in mustard, mushrooms with paprika and mixed fromage blanc, emmental and parmesan - layered up and baked so I could get away with wonky pancakes!
Has Anyone Seen the Plot?
