I would be wary of any doctor making a huge amount of money by promoting a particular concept/product/diet on social media (or elsewhere). If your income is dependent on your brand and your brand is dependent on your concept being correct, then there's no motivation for you to alter or abandon that concept when new or contradictory evidence becomes available.

Interestingly, there's a fair bit of quackery amongst the people seeking him to discredit him too. There is a lot of money in the dietary industry and therefore a lot of people with conflicting agendas!

Ah well, it appears I cannot win and will just have to go with what I beieve and go with my own experiences.. I think Fung has latched onto a way to make money but in essence I believe hiss theories are sound. Fasting works for me, and does what it says on the box thats all I will say.

You do what your heart thinks best Vinny, we'll worry about you, so check in regularly like you normally do. Just don't ask me to join in fasting
Although I'll have to lose some weight in the new year......I say that every year!
