Minus 3’C due here tonight. I went to the chippers at 7pm for the fish supper and it was 7’C and dropping.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

White frost here today. Haven't been to plot yet to see if my plants have survived.

-2C in greenhouse here first thing, ice on birds water. Uncovered the tomato plants and they were fine. Even the courgettes on the floor, not covered, seem to have survived unscathed. 3 more hard frosts are forecast here with a smatering of snow tonight..

Minus 3’C last night, had the tunnel closed up and toms under fleece tent along with gherkins. I had marigolds in modules and they seem to have taken a hit. We had a heavy white frost at 7 this morning.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.
