I thought my 2017 seeds were old..............but 2010!! Wink
Theres' no harm in trying Scarlet. As gardeners we live on (in) hope. I have a box of old seeds, some are from the early 2000's. Admittedly they are to be thrown away, but I've just not done it. May have a random seed scatter, but the problem is "where"!
I empty the really old packets into a jar, shake them up, and scatter them on any available ground. It doesn't matter if they do nothing, I've given them their freedom and its for them to decide what to do. There have been some surprises.- whichI like!
Just some more Coriander today.
Sweetcorn Golden Bantam; CFB Polish and Tiger; runner beans Mrs Connell's Black and Tenderstar; DFB Vermont Cranberry and Tendergreen; peas Oregon Sugar Pod snap peas, Calibra, and Bijou mangetout; cosmos; zinnias; nasturtium
Resowed some rotted DFB. I left them too wet, a usual mistake on my part.
I've sown DFB - yellow ones
And 6 Telegraph Qs

And another half dozen dahlias.
If taken a few days off work to do some work in the garden, just rotovated agh and now putting in the spuds. I’ve 2 drills in by lunchtime another 3 to go after lunch
Today -
Beetroot, turnips, radish, parsnips, carottes, red cabbage and some old gherkin seeds, more in hope than anything else!
I pricked out some tomato seedlings, Summer Cider, Chocolate Cherry, Britain Breakfast and some Italian one something Fiorantino. I know nothing about these, but at least I know which are which, unlike the previous ones 5hat all got mixed up with no labels.
