The little island restaurant has on offer today

Breakfast- Rarebit on Rye bread toast.

Lunch - Ratatouille

Starter - Razor clam & cod’s Roe Risotto. With a fresh Radish Relish
Main - Rabbit Rogan Josh with Rice
Pudding option 1 - Red currant & Raspberry Roulade
Option 2 - Rhubarb and vanilla cake

a glass or 2 of Red wine
That sounds good SC. I'd visit your restaurant.

The rip roaring menu from the Salisbury Snuggery today is:


Breakfast - Grilled Ruby Red grapefruit followed by Rolled oats porridge, Rice crispies or Raspberry jam on toast. Roobios or tea of choice

Lunch - Ravioli with salad (Romaine lettuce, Radiccio, Red sweet pepper, Roma tomatoes), Ranch dressing, served with Rye bread Rolls

Starter - Rumaki (chicken liver wrapped in bacon and fried)
Fish course - Roasted whole Red snapper
Main - Rack of Lamb with Red currant gravy, Rapini, Romanesco Broccoli, Runner beans and Roast Red potatoes
Dessert - Rum baba with Rhubarb and Ricotta cheese or Raspberry Roulade

Cheese board - Roquefort, Ricotta, Red Leicester

To drink - Red or Rosé wine

Main- steak in a Stilton & Sherry sauce , with sea salt baked swede and shiitake mushrooms
Pudding - a sugar soufflé

The Salisbury Snuggery is in its element today offering a Sensational Surprise

Breakfast - Sausages, Scrambled eggs and Sautéed potatoes.

Lunch - Lightly Seasoned Stuffed mushrooms topped with Swiss cheese on Soda bread

Starter - Scotch broth
Fish course - Pan Seared Scallops and Samphire
Main - Sweet and Sour Shrimp with Stir fried Snow peas and Spinich on a bed of Soba noodles.
Dessert - Strawberry Shortcake and /or Syllabub

Cheeseboard - Soft brie, Stilton

To drink - Sancerre with the fish course, Sake with the main and Sauterne with Dessert.

Spiced Squash and Shallot Soup, with crispy Sage leaves

Sushi with Sashimi, Seaweed and Soy Sauce

Salmon, Sole and Scallop, Sautee with Sweetcorn, Stuffed Squash, Spinach and Salad

Sugar dusted Strawberry jam Swiss Roll with Syrup

Salted Nuts and Cheese Slices

Lunch - tea & tea cakes

Starter - none due to massive puddings
Main - trout with turmeric infused turnip purée all topped with truffle shavings.
Pudding- treacle tart, trifle, tiramisu.
The Salisbury Snuggery has a rather restricted breakfast menu due to management issues (she couldn’t think of any)

Breakfast - Toast, specialty Teas,

Lunch - Trout Terrine, melba Toast and Tomato side salad

Starter - Tapenade on Toast or Tomato bruchetta
Fish course - Tilapia fillet with Thai sauce
Main - Turkey Thigh spiced with ginger and Turmeric, Tabbouleh, Tuscan kale, sautéed Tomboncino
Dessert - Tart Tatin or sticky Toffee pudding
