Its a Leaf this time that has me puzzled.  Huh
I know I'm a little person and my hands aren't huge but these leaves are enormous.  Exclamation
No idea but that’s a cool leaf. I’m going to google.
The closest I've found is Butterbur. http://wildflowerfinder.org.uk/Flowers/B...terbur.htm
Haven't seen any flowers yet. I'm sure the leaves were there last year too.
I couldn’t find anything like it. Are they one of the weird things that flowers before leaves appear?
I think so! They're also male and female plants with different flowers. Haven't seen any flowers of either sex!!
my cousin has this plant on his balcony, there is a lovely citrus lemon smell from the leaves when you brush your hands through them, he said it’s very effective in keeping midges and the likes away, said it would probably work with mossies.

Can anybody help in identifying it, thanks in advance

Its a scented leaf pelargonium - there are lots of different types.
You should be able to propagate it from cuttings.

Here are a few! https://www.norfolkherbs.co.uk/plant-typ...argoniums/
