Sowed a couple more Crystal Apple cucumbers as I stupidly managed to snap the stem of one when I was planting out this week. Also sowed some climbing nasturtiums, cress and broadcast some Californian poppies outside.
Cucumbers & gherkins, lettuce, basil, parsley, kale and winter cabbage all to replace plants lost while we were away. Plus carrots.
Sown Lovage & lemon balm. Put spindle seeds to soak for 24 hours
Over the last couple of days I've sowed MT bijou and oregon sugar, courgettes sure thing, green machine and black beauty.
More Yellow Pygmy sunflowers. The first ones I sowed have fat buds ready to open so I've sown some more for later in the summer.

Last batch of sweetcorn Swift, mixed beetroot, mixed carrots, mixed chard and some old flo fennel seeds just to see.
I bunged in a small sugar seed in a gap round the climbing frame. I have a feeling I might have done exactly that a week ago, as there was a stick in the soil in the same area, but I can't for the life of me remember why.
Sown some headed lettuce mix, red frills mustard, American land cress.
