No garden?
Want fresh veggies?
Have a windowsill?

Then grow Microgreens aka Living salads.
Found this https://www.wsbentley.co.uk/explore-more/ from one of the supermarket growers that may give you some ideas.
It has me. Smile

WHAT! and start WW3 (windowsill wars 3) not likely, I choose my fights and at the moment I'm winning, let's keep it that way. Smile

PS, but having looked at the site, I can see the allure.

You could grow them in one of your GHs!
Actually, I was thinking of Proserpina and her windowsill when I posted this. I might try this when its winter - part of my Winter Garden plan, maybe?

I’ve grown most of those microgreens. Never tried borage as a microgreen. I saved the mustard salad dressing recipe  Cool .

Never tried them on the window sill either. I might have to do that.

You've set me thinking Veggie! Rolleyes

I am sick of buying pre-packed salad which quickly goes limp and useless. I have to confess I have never grown windowsill micro greens but if I want fresh salad material I may be tempted. Smile

Those salad packs are £1+ to buy. You could buy some Mixed Salad leaves/mesclun for about that and it will keep you in salad for weeks.

Something like this https://www.premierseedsdirect.com/produ...sclun-mix/ maybe.
